I do the same when I see a Florida or California plate up here during the winter.

Well at least he's letting everyone know, maybe as a warning, lol. I know from experience (I live in Texas) that the second snow falls, people start driving even stupider than they usually do. Hell, it's the same way when it rains! People lose their minds...
